Main activities:
He has worked as Intellectual Property counsel for more than 30 years, in particular in the mechanical field. His professional experience extends to all aspects of Intellectual Property activity: preparing and prosecuting Italian, European, international and foreign patent applications; providing technical opinions in the matter of patent validity and infringement and, specifically, assisting clients in patent litigation, also by virtue of his long experience as Court-appointed Technical Counsel.

After graduating in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico of Milan, he firstly worked as research assistant at the Pavia University and afterwards at the Politecnico of Milan. He is a patent and trademark attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) as well as a qualified representative before the European Patent Office (EPO) and a trademark attorney at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
