Main activities:
His professional experience is mainly focused on the field of mechanics, particularly in the subfield of electromechanical components for household appliances and the subfield of biomechanics. He mostly deals with drafting and prosecuting Italian, European and foreign patent applications, providing technical opinions in the matter of patent validity and infringement, carrying out prior art searches, and assisting clients in patent lawsuits.
Education:
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico of Milan (Machinery Automation and Robotics specialization), with a thesis in the field of prosthetic developed at the Dutch Technical University of Delft (NL), he is a qualified patent attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and at the European Patent Office (EPO). He has obtained the “Patent Litigation in Europe” diploma at the University of Strasbourg.
