Main activities:
She handles Intellectual Property issues since 1996, with particular reference to the provision of legal opinions, in and out of court litigation in the matter of trademarks, patents, designs, unfair competition and copyright, agreements (assignments, licenses, distribution contracts, etc.), filing and prosecution of Italian, European Union, international and foreign trademarks, the filing and prosecution of Italian, of European Union and international opposition procedures.
Education:
Graduated in Law, she is attorney-at-law since 1995, with a specialization in International Law at the SIOI (Italian Society for the International Organization) in Rome. She is registered as attorney-at-law in Milan and she is entitled to represent before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante and the European Patent Office (EPO).
