Patent Consultant
Main activities:
He deals with the preparation and prosecution of Italian, European, and foreign patent applications, as well as with the execution of prior art searches in order to provide validity and infringement opinions on patents or patent applications. His activity particularly focuses in the mechanical and energy field.
Education:
He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Università Politecnica delle Marche and subsequently obtained a Master’s Degree in Energy and Nuclear Engineering at Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna with a thesis in the field of the industrial application of plasmas, in particular including a patentability analysis and chemical-physical characterization of a DBD-Jet plasma source. He did his experimental thesis at the Industrial Applications of Plasmas laboratory based at the University of Bologna.
Currently he is carrying out the necessary internship for the qualifying examinations at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office.
