The Council of Ministers has issued a resolution by which new official fees for trademarks registration and renewals are set, as well as new deadlines for responding to office actions and payment of registration fees. In particular: – Publication fees: US$14 fine for each month’s delay in payment – Registration fees: US$ 137 for each month’s delay in payment – Renewal fees: increased by US$ 69 if filed during the last year of protection period; increased by US$ 136 if filed during the grace period.
