Dcinside, a Korean internet site, has won the trademark battle against the “inside” trademark of Intel. KIPO explained that Intel and Inside are distinct in Intel Inside, while dcinside cannot be recognized as the combination of dc and inside. Therefore, dcinside can use its title regardless of the Intel Inside trademark.
