The PCT fee schedule has been modified with effect from January, 1st, 2004, to take into account fee reductions for electronic filing. A fee reduction of CHF 100 has been set for requests created using PCT-EASY features of the PCT-EASY software and presented in paper + diskette format. A CHF 200 reduction has been set for electronic filing (not in character-coded format) with the WIPO as receiving office (RO/IB). Finally, a CHF 300 reduction has been established for electronic filing in a character-coded format. Electronic filing is available as of February 12th, 2004.
