Japan, Fighting Patent Infringement

The JPO has recently set up a cooperation with the Chinese and Korean patent offices with the aim of fighting patent infringement and piracy in Asia. Provisions include: training abroad in global IP companies, programs to raise awareness and action in terms of IP rights infringement.
