– As of July 1, 2005, the Extended European Search Report (EESR) will always be issued, even for those applications already filed and as of that date, the search fee will increase from 690 to 960 euros. – As of April 1, 2005 there will be no more extensions to the deadlines for payment of the granting fees and to file translations to the claims. – As of April 1, 2005, the “further processing ” fee will be 200 rather than 350 euros. The new “restitutio in integrum” fee will be increased to 350 euros.
