Eurasian Patent Convention

The regulations have been recently amended so that the holder of a pharmaceutical patent may now extend the validity term of the patent with respect to the following member states: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, and the Russian Federation.
