Seiko Epson V. Arcor And Multi-Union Trading Co. Ltd

Seiko Epson has filed patent infringement lawsuits against two companies that manufacture replacement cartridges for printers, the companies being Arcor (France) and Multi-Union Trading Co. Ltd. (Hong Kong), which were accused of infringing on several of Seiko-Epson’s cartridge-related patents. The filings cite a total of 16 patents altogether covering mostly cartidges for dot-matrix printers, but also ink-jet printers.
