Pct Wheel

A new PCT Wheel , covering priority dates from Jan 2004 to Dec 2005 has been issued. It will enable PCT users to easily calculate the time limits for submitting priority documents, filing amendments under PCT Art. 19, filing a demand for international preliminary examination, entering the national or regional phase and determining the 18-month date for international publication. It takes into account the recent amendments to the PCT Regulations, i.e. the new time limit for filing a demand for international preliminary examination. It includes the following features: 1) due date for filing the international application when the priority of an earlier application is claimed; 2) new due dates for filing a demand for international preliminary examination; and 3) time limit for filing amendments under PCT Art. 19. The new Wheels can be requested to the WIPO free of charge.
