Pakistan, Art. 70(8) Trips

Pakistan has implemented Art. 70(8) of the TRIPs Agreement into its Patent Law. Effective from January 1st, 2005, it has entered into the product per se protection regime for pharmaceutical and agricultural patents. There are no developments as to when Pakistan is to sign the PCT.
