Iran, Madrid Protocol

Iran became a member of the Madrid Agreement and Madrid Protocol on December 25th, 2003. The Iranian Parliament is yet to issue a resolution approving a new IP law. Iran may be designated by members in other states in applications for international registration trademarks.
