Bahrain, Patent Filing Interruption

The Directorate of Industrial Property advised all IP registration agents that the filing of patent applications has ceased on May 12, 2004. Filing will be resumed once the Implementing Regulations for the Patent Law 2004, which have not been issued yet, are issued and the fees are fixed.
