Sweden: Plant Breeders Rights Act

The Patents Act and the Plant Breeders Rights Act have been amended to include specific provisions. The amendments are aimed at clarifying what is considered discovery and what is considered invention, as well as provisions on compulsory licensing and «agricultural exceptions» (farmers’ privilege).
