Norway: Geneva Agreement

Norway is expected to join the Geneva Agreement (the Hague Convention) on the international registration of designs in 2005. In preparing for this, the Norwegian Patent Office has harmonized its procedure for Design registration to the international practices. Changes include new guidelines concerning pictures, product specification, and classification.
