A simply signed power of attorney; 2. A certified copy of the corresponding home registration or a certificate of activity issued by the Chamber of Commerce in the applicant’s home country; 3. Five prints of the trademark (not applicable to word marks); 4. The list of the goods/services and classes of pertinence; and 5. A certified copy of the priority document, which can be submitted within three months from the filing date. All such documents must be submitted at the time of filing.
