Turkey Access To The Epc

The Government of the Republic of Turkey (TR) deposited the instrument accession to the European Patent Convention (EPC) on August 28, 2000. European patent applications filed on or after November 1st, 2000 may include designation of Turkey. The EPO thus comprises the following 20 member states: AT, BE, CY, CH/LI, DK, ES, FI, FR, DE, GR, IE, IT, LU, MO, NL, PT, SE, TR and UK.
