G 2/99 – Relevant Date For Calculating The Six-Month Period Under Art. 55 (EPC)

For the calculation of the six-month period referred to in Art. 55 (EPC), the relevant date is the date of actual filing of the EP application, the date of priority is not to be taken account of in calculating this period.
