Italian and European Patent Attorney
Main activities:
He deals with the drafting and prosecution of patent applications and has experience of opposition and appeal procedures, including hearings in a foreign language. He drafts patentability and freedom to operate opinions. He has gained extensive expertise in patent litigation and acting as Court-appointed Technical Counsel.
Education:
Graduated in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies at the University of Turin, he is a qualified attorney before the European Patent Office (EPO) and a registered attorney at the Italian Register of Industrial Property Consultants entitled to represent before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) in the matter of patents. He obtained the “Patent Litigation in Europe” diploma at the University of Strasbourg in 2009 and he has entered the expert list of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for the extrajudicial resolution of Industrial Property disputes. He holds the necessary training qualifications for entering the list of Representatives before the future Unified Patent Court.
