Italian and European Patent Attorney
Main field of activity:
Mainly active in the mechanical and mechatronic fields, he has gained deep experience in the automotive, biomedical and composite materials sectors. His activity is mainly focused on drafting Italian and European patent applications, patent prosecution in Italy and abroad, as well as providing technical opinions on patentability, patent validity and infringement.
Education:
Graduated in mechanical engineering with specialization in automotive, he later earned a Ph.D. at the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne in composite materials and fiber-optic measurement systems. He is qualified as representative before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) in patent matters.
