Libya: Trademark Nullity

The Lybian authorities have declared that all trademark applications filed between 1998 and 2002 are null and void and should be re-filed. Applicants are reminded that the complex filings formalities, requiring consular legalization of all supporting documents by the Libyan consular and certified Arabic translations, still apply.
