Main activities:
His activity is mainly focused in such technical fields as organic chemistry, food chemistry, industrial chemistry, polymer chemistry, industrial technologies, technologies concerning new materials and mechanics. His professional experience includes preparing and prosecuting European, international and foreign patent applications, providing advice to clients with regard to patent protection, carrying out prior art searches and providing technical opinions in the matter of patent validity and infringement, assisting clients in patent lawsuits. He has also acquired a considerable experience as ex-parte technical expert or as Court-appointed Technical Counsel.
Education:
Graduated in Chemistry at the University of Naples, he is a qualified patent attorney before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM). He has also obtained the “Patent Litigation in Europe” diploma at the University of Strasbourg.
